Who does provide justice?
The women are still in danger and if these women try to voice
against the injustices done to them - then the other forces uses its illegal
power to demolish the confidence of the victimized women - similar is the case
of a rape victim who has been sacked from her job for refusing to withdraw the
case she had filed against the perpetrator “Rape victim sacked ‘under pressure’
March 26, 2014, wed, THT”
A woman, 25, of Dhola was working as an officer helper at Bal
Jyoti Primary School, from her income she was caring her 75 –year- old –mother-
in -law, son and daughter and now they are left in a lurch after she was sacked
from her job.
The perpetrator Sanjeeb Simkhada, an NC activist raped her
for not voting for his party candidates, following the case she filed the case
against him on November 28 and due to pressure from the local community the
head teacher had dismissed her from the job.
The crimes are arisen time and again and from analyzing the
various crimes, the most of it arise due to the revenge taking behavior and
anger, also not being the orders followed by the ones who are told to follow.
The culprits should be punished; however, s/he must be
counseled from the psychologist to control his criminal behavior.
If only we have peace of mind – the negative thoughts will
vanish slowly.
The justice should be provided to the victim and should be
compensated. Women should be given self defense training and also career
building and self empowering programs should be held time and gain. Police should
have vigil throughout the places and the culprits should not be left unpunished
under political pressure, but who can raise the voice against them - if their
parties help them in this endeavor.
