Running to Achieve a Goal

As we look into the dictionary meaning of Run than it is written"To move using your legs, going faster than when you walk". We run for various purposes. While in a hurry we run to catch a bus or to meet the deadline we run to reach to the destination prior to the deadline. In our day to day life we run every-now and then.
There are many people who have their own purposes in life. They all run almost everyday. We can see the obsessed people running to loose his/her excessive weight. We can also see the athletics running to improve his/her timing.Cricketers run to set a huge running target.Footballers run every-now and then to score a goal.Almost in every outdoor sports people tend to run.
I want to join the Nepal Army.I enquired all the requirements for the recruitment purpose and one of it was to complete a 2 miles running in 17 minutes.Since then i wake up early.I put on my running shoes on the feet and start to run to accomplish the goal.
Running is not so easy as what t seems to be.We see almost every age of people running with ease but the reality is not that.It is not a one day process. In fact lots of energy is required to run.Stamina has to be maintained.Regular practice has to be done to improve the running. Many people gets fascinated at first seeing many others running with ease but when they come to the ground and start to run, after few minutes they come to know the exact truth.Their stamina starts to fade out.
However running has many benefits. It helps to loose excessive weght. It helps in circulating the blood. It also helps in building stamina.Muscles starts to take its mature shape.Body becomes strong.Timing of the sports that many of them are having like cricket, football, marathon can be improved.Brain gets oxygen. In fact it also helps in making one's day happy and beautiful. It helps in reducing stress. As people who run early in the morning feel active and energetic throughout the day.
So, there may arise a question"What is the best way of running?""How can we improve our running timing?".So the first thing is that we should be mentally as well as physically fit to run.We should not run very fast in the beginning. As almost everyone have read the story of a "Rabbit and tortoise" where tortoise wins a race at the end.We should start slow.It helps in maintaining stamina. Many people loose their stamina in a few
seconds of running as they think that running fast will help them, which is not true. In fact many people link running means to run fast which is just a misunderstanding.
If we run fast our leg's muscles will be not able to get the required oxygen and it starts loosing it's pace.So starting slow is the best. For example if you want to run 3 kilometers than what you should do is to run slowly as if you are walking, this will help you to maintain the stamina.Run later after you think like you have recovered.
Run,Run,Run to accomplish your goal and to stay fit and healthy.HAPPy RUNNING:)
