For the first time in Nepal, a unique kind of museum has been
built .i.e. Airline museum, located at Hasanpur, Dhanghadi.
The program was inaugurated by then prime minister Sher
Bahadur Deuba, he too liked the museum.
As according to then news, Bed Upreti is the initiator of
this museum, where the model of airplane made during the time of Rights
Brothers till now of at least 200 models are kept.
Tough there are many museum regarding aero plane, but this
one is different as the museum built itself on the real airplane. The old airplane
of Cosmic Air is used; where there are 2– 3 models which can fly and others are
just for observation and to satisfy mental thrust.
The initiators as well as the locals and government should
give a kick in this initiative as this can help in boosting the tourism. Lots
of foreign currency can be earned.
The facilities and infrastructure should be available in an
easy way so that people from every corner of Nepal and that of others country
can come to see it.
Also they can help in promoting it by clicking pictures and
putting it in their blog as well as in social networking sites, also the word
of mouth can help it shape a good image of the museum in the national as well
as in the international arena.
