Crowded bus

       Moin Uddin

I once wrote an article which was published in one of the daily English newspaper.

It's an irony. This will not come to an end or at-least people will complain but they'll never hesitate to get in the middle of a crowd or even search a little space to accommodate their bump on the edge of a seat –if they are lucky most will feel relieved to let their one leg in  holding the handle of the door.

Though there may be so called ideal passenger (only in his/her saying)  –you'll get to notice his/her true color as soon as s/he gets in a hurry –to reach a place if s/he has to meet a deadline nor s/he knows the consequences of being late.

Most of us are students and office goers (middle class) use the public vehicle more and as the clock strikes 5 in the morning and at 9:00 am and at 5:00 pm –one can see the rush.

The personality changes of a passenger – before and after – before – oh god, please let any of the bus come fast, it doesn't matter with the crowd, and I'll fight to get my leg in. After – oh driver, conductor, can't you see the bus is packed, how can we further so inside, you drivers are same, just start the bus and lets go, I am already late.

The solution can only be implemented by the government if they bring concrete policy with implementing the designed rules.

The traffic and the vehicle policy should be changed. If and until there will not be sufficient time and the interval of their arriving, until then the reform will not place.

Even so called having 'wisdom person' will fall in the trap of situation which will compel him/her to take that unholy step (though s/he may not wish) but according to the trend s/he will be compelled to ride on it.

One or two person can't change the mechanism, only the policy makers having high vision who have the potential to make reform in this sector need to take the charge, then only something incredible will happen, nor only the talks and words will take place and the  circumstances remains the same.
